Pearl Energy Investments Closes Inaugural Fund at $500 Million Hard Cap

DALLAS – October 1, 2015 – Pearl Energy Investments (“Pearl”) announced that on September 30, 2015, it reached its hard cap and held the final closing of Pearl Energy Investments, L.P. with total commitments of $500 million. Pearl is a provider of private equity capital and sponsorship to the energy industry, concentrating on the oil and gas production, midstream, and services sectors. Pearl focuses on investments requiring between $25 million and $75 million of equity capital.
